Overall aerobic exercise and watching your diet, but also have yourself checked to see if the rectus abdominus has separated. In many women who carry a child, this happens, and if it has, no matter how many sit-ups you do or how much weight you lose, you'll have sag in your belly...that has to be repaired surgically. To cover, find things that drape, and I recommend a custom-made corset in whatever style you prefer. You do move and sit differently in them, but they are very very sexy.
