i kept staring at "8!!!!!"  thinking it had to be 81.

But that is awesome to get the blood sugar levels under control...hard to do and so worth the effort. And the weight loss is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So now...I'm focusing now on gaining 5 pounds per year).

I'd just like to say....like so many things in my life....I'm ahead of plan.

Status: offline 		steel..it is the AIC...Doc wants it at 7 or lower and i was at 13 so you can see how far i have come..still a long way to go though but my inspiration is true and pure.I don't know how much weight i'll end up losing but in the long run..healthier chezz happier chezz and happier Mistress Cat.She says she is proud and i would never doubt her...but iwasn't attractive at 263 pounds not long ago and yet she still asked me to wear her training collar...i am humbled and proud to be in her service.
