ORIGINAL: fergus Thanks everyone :) Yeah, intellectually I know what is going on. Still doesn't do much for the funk. But knowing people care does :D fergus A few suggestions: Try getting a plant light over your work station. Try eating a potato around 4pm Are you getting enough good rest? Are you taking a multi-vitamin? You may just be in a period of reflection mentally, and your body knows that and so it is trying to tell you to slow down. A funk can be a healthy time, a time to reflect on the things that have happened and that are happening. Listen to what your mind and body are telling you, no scientific study has ever told us exactly why and how our bodies do and feel they way they do, so you have to listen to yours. "Feelings are facts." I highly recommend letting yourself feel this experiance fully, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually - it will pass faster and you will own it, if you do. "Once an experiance is consciously named and internalized, physically and emotionally, it can no longer influence u unconsciously." You are cared about Fergus. Please take care of yourself. "This too shall pass." With good wishes and lots of thought cuddles, LaMalinche ------------------------------------------------------- … the best thing for being sad… is to learn something.
