how do those other subs / slaves that have reported on this thread explain away their permanent tattoos, brandings and/or scarifications of ownership to their medical practitioners? Did having such markings determine who you chose as a doctor in the first place? Do you envisage any problems in this area when you are in your "golden years" and having doctors and nurses pawing your body is more of a regular occurrence than it is/was in your salad days of invincible youth ? I have a tattoo of a chain around my ankle. The two ends are held together with a large scripted initial of Master's first name. I am also to be branded, which is something that both terrify's me and delights me and it's taken several years to earn the honor. As for dealing with medical personnel ... you just have to go with the flow. I had the same ob/gyn from the time I was 15 until I was 36 and I came out to him once I started showing up at appointments with bruises. Once, right before a yearly, Himself had carved the words "Property of Master Michael' into my back. The lettering was still quite distinct when I went to my doctor. He stared at it for a long time, then came around in front of me and asked me if I knew it was there. lol I told him I knew and had consented to it. He just warned me to be careful and that I should probably reconsider allowing someone to do that to me. I can be a bit of a wiseass, and told him that I could reconsider, but that as it was very difficult to carve onto my own back, I probably would just go ahead and let someone else do it. My doctor shakes his head a lot. These days, Himself can probably hit me with a 2 x 4, and I won't bruise, so it's not as much of an issue as it was in the past. Once I reach those golden years, those young nurses and doctors will just have to cluck and swallow because this old granny will have the evidence of a life well lived. When I'm 80, I seriously doubt I'll give a damn about what anyone thinks. lol Celeste
