Stop it.  You're making me giggle and I have a cup of coffee that I want to finish in safety.

Sorry my strap on isn't that long.

Jeez, and then you complain when they ask how big your strap-on actually is.  You Dommes are so inconsistent.

Of course, I do not ask people that I have never had an exchange with before.  That would just seem . . . strange.

Nah, it's not trollish if it's somebody you're already acquainted with.

You are too nice to them, I usually say "Oh, sorry, I thought it was a chat with a forum, I must have missed the sign "meat market" - point me there?"

I actually address that in My profile already.  Just another reason to read the profile first.

FR

So, I had one significant contribution to make to these discussions of appropriate etiquette here on the 'Wild West' of 'teh intrawebs', here . .. . . (lol . . . . . I keep having these visuals of all of us hanging out in a saloon, dressed in those colorful stereotype costumes, I think it must be the effect of all those Westerns in my um-hood, lol . . .. ..)

& that contribution came to me in a different thread, but I'm doin' a reasonably not-too-spammerific cross-posting over these related threads, in part towards developing a (LOL) 'how-to-get-laid-on-CM-primer' 'revenge document' to send to all those who approach my magnificence without doing their due diligence (ie, reading my full profile & / or following the reasonably clear instructions from the browser window view of my profile), hehehe . . . .. In the guise of an educational gesture, ya know . .. . . lol . . .. . (I figure a certain amount of barely-sublimated sadism in pursuit of education is a time-honored tradition, lol, especially if they approach my demonaliciousness.)

& ladies, special for you is that I attribute a significant chunk of the source of the 'problems of CM / dating / internet' etc to anti-intellectualism. My not-so-humble & all that. I consider that I live in barbarian central, relative to what it should / could / oughtta be, especially when it comes to education. The land of too-much-education; I am (nearly) rendered speechless at the very notion that there can exist such an entity as too-much-education, yet I live somewhere, have lived somewhere my whole freaking life, in which too-much-education is considered to be a 'problem' . . . . . . . . Pht. Phht. Phhhhhht. *grinds teeth, mutters imprecations under breath, stops, takes deep breath, calmly, politely* . ..... When that's the fucking problem, we will have very interesting problems indeed.

Sorry. Where am I. Oh. Yeah. *puts soapbox away* Ahem.

Yeah. I think that 'twue literacy' is prolly pretty dismal in the US, lots are 'capable' of reading -- simple text for simple comprehension. But beyond that? We're working on it . . . . .

I tend to think that all the countries that require bilinguality / polylinguality out of their K-6 schools prolly have much better literacy rates -- random thought . . . ..

& that Education can be done much better in a bazillion little & big ways, most of which boil out to making education more adaptive to the gazillion different talents, skill sets, employment needs, learning methods & propensities, & so on & so forth . . . .. . Humans are a spectacularly diverse critter . ... .

*looks down, notices soapbox still underfoot* . .. . Ooops. Um. The marketing thing's prolly a little more useful . . . . ..

'5 Most Annoying Traits' thread posting on 'marketing' & 'dating' by moi, le daemon.

I'm gonna add in that obviously the marketing paradigm fits everyone, everywhere, who's dating. Vanilla, kink, whatever. But so's job hunting, marketing self to employers. So's a social life, marketing self to friends & acquaintances. It sounds cold & clinical only in as much as it's just one of the many frames available for viewing with . . .. . .

'What 10 questions should be asked?' thread, with discussion toward OP's concerns.
