As an FYI: The proof given by Andrew Wiles is now generally accepted to be correct. It's over ten years old, no one has found a flaw, and he has been given several prestigious awards as a result.

More than 1 person in the past has received awards for possible solutions to Fermat's Last Theorum, and there are still some (albeit a minority) who disagree with Wiles. Only time will tell if his solution manages to stand.

Dude, wasn't meant to be an attack on you. Just making the point that he is not the first person to have been recognized as having a "proof" several people before him did as well until someone else refuted it later. And again, only time will tell if it stands or not.
