I find it appealing if done with care and attention to detail. We have a club in town where cross-dressers entertain. Most are very sexy and talented.

As a straight Domme, cross-dressing a major turnoff to me, and it mocks the Female if a male feels more submissive in female costume. It's also a signal he may be more into his own fetishes than pleasing a partner. For both reasons, I get less than nothing from it, so goodbye wide-on.
However, I approve of pups with heightened skin sensation, and dress my men in manly silk and satin.
For those who like roles, a man in a butler costume or slave toga is just asking to be Taken, and I get very aroused by a man kneeling in his own vanilla-dominant uniform [cops, tux, Savile Row suits].
