OK, ready?

I was born in Indiana
Lived in Kokomo and Indianapolis, Indiana
Grew up in almost every town in Southern California
Lived in:
Eureka and San Francisco, California
Eagle River, Wasilla (Yes was friends with Sarah Palin, she went to school with my little sister, oh the stories I could tell!), and Anchorage, Alaska
Houston, Round Rock and Austin, Texas
Truth or Consequences, Elida and Portales, New Mexico
Bartow, Lake Hamilton, Lakeland and Winter Haven, Florida
Manchester, Kansas (all over Kansas actually, since I was a professional photographer)
Quincy, Illinois
Fargo, North Dakota
Gulfport, Mississippi
Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona
Warner Robins, Georgia

I can't begin to name the towns/cities I have visited for more than a month. Yep, I was either stalked or I had the travel bug. You figure it out. <s>

Fargo North Dakota?  I am SO sorry... O.o  M and I used to live on the other side of the state in a little town called New England.  A more god forsaken land I can not imagine.

EDIT:  And we all know you were born into the witness protection program anyway.
I'M KIDDING!  (I don't want any U.S. Marshals showing up at my door to shoot me)

GreedyTop -> RE: Where are you from? (5/12/2009 11:16:37 PM)

born in Nebraska.
then to Albuquerque, NM
then the Philadelphia, PA area (Center City and surrounding areas)
then Southampton, MA
then Pasadena/Altadena, CA
Then (in no particular order): DFW, Grand Rapids, MI, Atlanta, Nashville
Back to CA (So. Bay area)
back to ATL
FL

I'm sure I'm missing something somewhere.....

MoGa -> RE: Where are you from? (5/12/2009 11:28:27 PM)

Wow. At least one of us is from the West coast, although I can't wait for California to be separated by an earthquake. Moving to Washington's coast from the side that borders that potato land. Oh right right, you call it Idaho.

Got to love those crazy crazy mormons

They're hooligans I tells ya!  Up until 10:30, partying with their postum and ovaltine and wheat thins!  And those wild clothes they have, white shirts and black ties!  A bunch of rapscallions if ever I seen any!

Oh, that always makes me laugh..."Elders" who've barely started shaving...

BKSir -> RE: Where are you from? (5/13/2009 1:50:57 AM)

Hm, I'm wondering if I can get some government funding to study the phenomena of all this travel, in relation to bdsm behaviors and if it in any way effects the psyche to lean it toward such things.

KMsAngel -> RE: Where are you from? (5/13/2009 2:56:21 AM)

[:-]  HEY!!!!!! Some of us, (ok, so I am) from IDAHO, TYVM! At least most of our state is green and not some Gawds-forsaken desert like Eastern Washington. Though I have friends in Deer Park and the aea. Monsters #1 and 2 worked in the Lake Wenatchee area but I consider that more central Washington.

And if we're going to list towns/cities that we've lived in, I probably can't remember them all but here goes from what I remember:

California - Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, San Jose, Campbell, Hollister, Moss Landing and lest I forget, good old Madera out in the Central Valley. (Knew I'd forget something - Sequioa National Park, while I worked there.)

Idaho - Treasure Valley area including Kuna and Owyhee County with a short stint stuck in the city of Boise.

Victoria, Australia - Newborough/Moe area of Gippsland region. Plus a short time in Childers North and Frankston.

Washington - lived a few months with my aunt and uncle in Olympia and Vancouver.

I've probably forgotten a town or 2 but oh well.... y'all get the drift. [:)]

[sm=dunno.gif]  For the first 16 years of my life, I didn't have any control over all the moves. After that, I'd try to stay in an area but would move occasionally. Most of the towns in California are all South Bay Area. Same area, just different towns. Moss Landing is on the Monterey Bay, my grandparents lived there. The rest, life has taken me for an interesting ride. Who knows where I'll end up at - I sure don't! [:)]

GreedyTop -> RE: Where are you from? (5/13/2009 7:48:13 AM)

I guess I should clarify that I kept returning to the L.A. area between many of the places I lived.   When I went back to GA the last time, and then here, I consider myself to have finally SUCCESSFULLY escaped CA.

Rainfire -> RE: Where are you from? (5/13/2009 8:16:12 AM)

[:D]   "Escape" being the key word... I agree, Greedy. When I finally left there, I was glad. The monsters couldn't play outside, they had to be escorted and signed into school like at a prison, they couldn't ride their bikes unless we rode with them (and a back injury prevents me from riding a bike), you never knew who or what was going to just walk up and take them, it was so unsafe. Got to Idaho and all of a sudden, they could play in the yard, ride their bikes without me worrying and they could walk to school on their own. California is a great state but there are issues living there. My ex and youngest monster are there in San Jose still.

The Niagara region is nice, we have a good sized city (St. Catharines), great people and lovely countryside. It's a nice area, I love living here. (And no, not just because Lumus lives here!) [;)]

I am alway's curious to find out more about people and where they are from. Not so much the City and State but to get a feeling of what it is like to live where your live!

All I hear is the birds chirping and the occasional police/ambulance siren and the fan on the laptop. It's a bit on the chilly side roughly 21 degrees C and slightly overcast. It's always far better to live on the outskirts of a city, almost the best of both world, i.e. not too hectic but far from night of the living dead.

I'd hazard a guess that this here is as good as it gets.

everhope -> RE: Where are you from? (5/13/2009 8:59:59 AM)

California born and raised.
i have lived in every different geographical area of California.

the mountains, Santa Cruz (Boulder Creek and Felton) and Humboldt Co.
the ocean (4 different places) including Eureka (wow MoGa didn't know we had that in common).
the central valley (Modesto and Stockton....yuk! close enough to Madera...Rain!)
the desert Palm Springs.
i have lived in multiple cities in both northern and southern Cali. the most recent being OC.

in February, i moved to Daytona Beach Florida to serve the ResidentSadistSir and i am loving it!
the BDSM community, i am meeting slowly via munches, dungeons and i just started a submissive meeting with an old friend from Cali who also has relocated to Florida.
sun, fun and great times are all ours here in Daytona Beach.

may we all find our bliss.
