I find it helps to listen to your sub/slave during regular conversation. I learn what they truly desire. Then I give them what they want when the time is right. Usually it's a surprise as I wait for the right moment. I have found it's a turn on for both parties.

I think the best way to approach this is by not thinking of it as humiliation or degradation but simply as talking dirty...if you don't know what to say try writing dirty first...I think it works best if you always say and write what you find sexy and dirty yourself, so yes be honest, otherwise it might indeed sound like a fib and fall flat
I think talking dirty (or writing) hot hot hot...sometimes i feel embarrassed talking dirty...i have to admit i rather listen
CreativeDominant his example was yummie...and i would also find the degredation bit at the end hot if i'm in the right mood.

Why bother to camouflage words or what you are doing with pretty yuppy terminology? If you are using verbal humiliation then have the moral fibre and honesty to refer to it as such....
