You must read a different forum from me then igor. Sure there are lots of threads complaining about sub males. There are also lots of threads asking stupid questions which are no more than trolling. There are also lots of threads which are informative and where the regular lady posters talk in a positive manner. Maybe its just you focus on some threads more than others, but in my opinion ( and thats all this is meant as )  this forum is pretty well balanced.

To the OP, what Lockit said - you have no idea how intrusive and frankly offensive some of the emails are. I'm a gay woman and I still get them. I didn't want to block all males (just the doms) but now I have to block the subs too because I even it get it from them. And there are nice sub males (and even dom guys in the forums) who I'd gladly speak to off the forums, but I just don't want all the icky emails anymore.

So from my POV, it's the quantity of the nasty ones that ruin it. I'm sure if you are pleasant, you read the domme's profile and respond accordingly, you'll have more positive responses.

I actually responded to a male who posted a fake female ad in which he said this isn't real because I wanted to ask him what the purpose was in that. He told me the outrageous amount of male responses he's received (including doms and he posted as a domme female), male subs who don't read and even a few women. I surprised him that I'm a real person, I read what he wrote and I wanted to understand his motivation for posting. He did tell me that I was a refreshing and honest response. I find that to be telling...although I don't necessarily agree with his approach, he was not deceptive which is why I emailed him.

But the overall point is simple - there is frankly a sick amount of emails from males that do not read, do not care to whom they are talking to, who aren't really interested in the woman they're emailing - they only want to get their kink on. It's what the women on this board call 'do-me' subs and in my opinion, it's boring, selfish and often offensive.

I love women. I just do. If you truly 'love' women, make the smallest effort to read what she writes, respond respectfully, maybe comment on some shared interests and go from there. Go to a pro if you just want your kink satisfied and leave the real women...well, to the rest of us.

LAgirl, I love your posts and usually agree with you, but I have to take issue with this. There are some lovely ProDommes, and ex ProDommes on here, who deserve to be treated with respect, and are also real women.

He was black, and pretty much the most racist person ever towards blacks in that he'd sit there and watch Cops or the news or whatever and every time a story came on about a black guy committing a crime or doing something stupid, he'd shake his head and mutter 'motherfuckers just setting my people back another hundred years.'

Yeah... WTF is with the male gender?

A typical sub female post runs like, "I've been in contact with a Dominant man who tells me that to prove myself to him, I need to abandon my children and extended family, and move to His country.  I am to be naked for the entire airline flight.  Is this normal?"  In other words, she's run across a male weirdo.

A typical sub male post rants about tributes or other perceived mistreatment at the hands of Dommes.

Status: offline 		Actually, when I see someone who writes nothing but negative attitude towards men, that actually serves to help me realize that that is one person I want to steer completely clear of. I figure no amount of honest, sincerity and friendship is going to change their perceptions of males if they're always negative, so why engage them at all? A long time ago, I used to be really negative myself because things just weren't working out for me, and I kept running into what I felt were toxic women. Well, it took some time but I realized that I was obviously doing something to attract toxic women, because that was the string of relationships I was having. Now, not so much. Avoid the negative people, and you end up with positive experiences.

Now having said that, I don't see the negativity as much as you do (talking to OP). Yeah, women complain because there are a lot of problematic guys chasing after them, but as long as I'm not one of the ones contributing to that mess, then I figure my interactions with them shouldn't have to be negative. If they are, then move on and ignore that person as someone who seeks out negativity. They are out there, you know. You just have to avoid them and find the people who are looking to enjoy life and all it has to offer. The good thing is that they're not hard to find either. A fun, friendly attitude finds fun, friendly people.
