i have been punished recently. i have found that Sir or Mistress makes the punishment teach me a lesson. And so far it has been very effective.

Just curious, not trying to sound like an ass at all....but are you saying that you need that? Is talking about the issue not effective for you and you NEED punishment to "get it"?
