ORIGINAL: rulemylife Now wait, earlier in the thread you were proclaiming there was a rush to judgment, but now you are turning your own argument on its head by saying the use of these qualifiers is not to maintain the presumption of innocence until proven guilty but as evidence of innocence. I suppose this is one of those moments where you add two and two together and get five. It really isn't that difficult: there is no evidence in that link, which I stated in the later post, and this should lead to caution, which I suggested an earlier post. I assumed your mind would be able to make the connection. Perhaps you need pictures or something? Well, you know, I really can't keep up with someone of your advanced intelligence, so you'll have to help me out. It just seems odd for you to say that there is no evidence when the suspects placed fake explosives they purchased from an FBI informant into vehicles outside of buildings they had every intention to blow up. Then you complain of a rush to judgment even though the article was very careful in its use of terms to not imply guilt before trial. You then claimed that the very use of those terms implied there was no evidence. Did I get something wrong? Feel free to clarify, and feel free to use pictures as necessary.
