Just saw today on Yahoo News that after having an autopsy done here in the states that the family ordered, they are saying it was not suicide. However they would not go any further to say what their findings are/were at this time pending more information from the Thai authorities. Only saying he did not kill himself, accidental or otherwise and they are waiting for more information from the scene and lab reports from Thai authorities.

In that case it is to be hoped that another party did not order the FBI to hush up their findings.

The Thai Police would do well to investigate anyone that was in that hotel the week before the murder. Who was in the rooms next to DC's? Who was the bar tender? Who could have messed with the floor camera's? What skin flakes were found in the room and whose DNA was in those flakes?

I still think the best thing he was in was "Bound for Glory" the Woody Guthrie bio-pic.

Glad it was ruled accidental... at least now his family can get the insurance. But it won't stop the Hollywood conspiracy machine from cranking out a ton of books claiming how he was offed by Thai mobsters or something...

And of course, the jokes will never, ever stop. Just sad how many of them will come from people who, frankly, could very easily end up on the cover of a tabloid themselves, with a huge headline "S&M NUT KILLED IN LOCAL UNDERGROND CLUB" There but for the grace of god, ladies and gentlemen....
