Most every chatroom that I am aware of has rules... if you break them you will feel a solid thing on your happy ass kicking you out.

I am sick of people harping on the First Amendment because when there are other rules in place and you AGREE to them then you don't have a leg to stand on. It doesn't make your point of view wrong, but it might have been wrong for that forum. If I go into a knitting chat and espouse my views on pornography, I doubt like hell I would last too long in there.

abso-fuckin-lutely, that was my point.

I have at times in my life managed to alienate entire groups of people, not always because of the message I was spouting, but the manner in which I was spouting it. In other cases, it was the message as apposed to the tone.

Just because one has the right, does not make it right. We have no idea of how this person was conducting him/herself in said chatroom. If I tried to log in to a chatroom full of Dommes and typed away as I do out here, I can guarantee there will be a big boot print on my ass. So be it. It has less to do with free speach then what I ate for breakfast. And frankly (no offence) if the posts I have read by the person who posted this thread, are any indication of his/her over all tone and tactic. It's no wonder rooms boot him all the time as well as clubs and the like(he said it, not me).

That people is not about free speach!

I was recently kicked out of chat for speaking my point of view.

LOL! Welcome to the wonderful, exciting world of Internet chat, where only the sheep may speak, and those with rational, considered opinions are ostracized because those who bleat cannot compete.

My advice to you? See your being booted as the joke that it is and find a more intelligent group of folks to chat with.

although i think it is slowly changing its a pretty well known fact that people in bdsm are the most closed minded on the planet LOL

The bottom line there is a time and a place for everything. i certainly would not take a chat room to seriously and i think you will find better compatibility on the forums than in a private rag session if you have a differing opinion.
