Pssttt....sister, women tend to live 5-10 years longer then men of the same age nowadays. You do the math. [;)]

the fact of the matter is, it doesn't make any sense, darwin or otherwise, for women my age to match libidinously with young men.

I guess when people log off they should stick wool in their ears to simulate the true effects of a post pub experience and perhaps have a random stranger vomit over you. Those were the days when a sea of people parted as the vomit spewed forth, flowing like a fountain of carrots and meaty chunks.[8|]

*ahem* HP is malt vinegar. [8D]

There's a number of different HP sauces but here the main one is similar to A-1 sauce in the states. It's a steak type sauce not malt vinegar. (I'm trying to perv yer profile to see where you are but CM ain't letting me....)  *sad*

Yes, there are a few different types of HP. I was slightly incorrect. The first ingredient in HP is malt vinegar. A-1 sauce is no comparison to HP.

I am in the States. I first discovered the yummy deliciousness of HP when I lived in Germany, and my kitchen has never been without HP for the past 7 years.

A-1 sauce, nice enough though it is, is definately no comparison to HP (ever tried a "Bloody Mary" with a dash?) (as a topping on "Cheese On Toast"?) ... A "Full English" would be a let down to many without it.

I do swear by onion vinegar as the all around best for your fish and chips still though.

Thats the one [:)] ... right inside the stone circle (by the way, most people who never visited there have no idea how BIG that circle is ... (try Google Earth for an aerial shot of Avebury ... you can revisit the hill and West Kennet Long Barrow too)

There are wells near to a lot of the old coach houses and especially the ones that are on the ancient paths and tracks that were there before they became coach routes. Avebury is on the "Ridgeway Path" which is argued by some to be the "oldest road in the world" , nevertheless it has existed at the very least for 5,000 proven years : http://gorp.away.com/gorp/location/europe/uk/uk_mega3.htm (It is part of a ridge road system that used to run from the easternmost edge of the island (Caister area) to the westernmost (Lands End peninsula, Kernow)

If you're over this way, feel free to give me a shout, would love to see you ! if schedules do not prevail, it would be disappointing indeed.

Ahhhh ... REAL cider ...

Addlestones or Thatchers (both traditional cloudy ones) travel ok

Green Goblin,Sheppeys' Bullfinch or Thatchers' Old Rascal all do well for bottled (slightly sparkling) ones

A flagon of Westons' Old Rosie is the most portable traditional cider with any kind of shelf life (advice to tourists ... avoid drinking this as if it's beer ... you may miss out on the afternoons sightseeing)

Strongbow (and most fizzy cider served from pub taps) is "Cider" but not "Real Cider" (a bit like there's "Ale" and "Beer" but it's not "Real Ale")

And "Sweet"  cider is for kids (and "lightweights")

Vast tits are secondary to "tongue action" by a long chalk in MY (not limited [;)]) experience as far as pulling in the punters goes. As well as ability to "handle" the awkward ones of course (plenty of 'em to choose from these parts I'd say and no mistake [8D])

*hauls my vast tits behind the bar, tucks my purse in old wine crate under the cooler, ties on my apron, gets napkins ready, sets up straws, slices lemon wedges, stacks glasses, checks stock for breakfast rush peers through to kitchen to see if new part-time pub chef has a hold on breakfast......sighs....drops 20 p in the jukebox*
