ORIGINAL: MarcEsadrian By your own admission, you cannot see the full scope of the relationship in question, so why do you feel so empowered to judge?] quote:
ORIGINAL: LadyPact Because a message board would be a damn boring place if no one ever offered an opinion. Just as anyone else had the right to make state such personal opinions about Me, if they chose. In fact. that has happened on this thread as well. More than once remarks have been made because My sub is not here with Me, which is related to his service to his country. Information that <gasp> has been obtained from information supplied by the message boards. I often find fully enlightened opinions are the most productive ones, but never mind that. I suppose then that in the spirit of sharing opinions, I'll say that often what I see isn't so much opinion, but judgment and negative insinuations on these boards. I find that to be the boring thing, in fact. So there's money involved. Big deal. The presence of this exchange is no more an indication of a "strict business arrangement" than welts on someone's backside is indication of "domestic abuse". It's funny how alt lifestylers so readily understand the latter but have difficulty with anything having to do with money. Tithing, tributes, extreme material sacrifice—it's so often all par for the course with men who serve. And while I'm on that, who cares if it's a business arrangement, anyway? What's the big deal? The bottom line is, you have little clue about who you're really talking about, and so cynically reading the tea leaves about a relationship dynamic based on what is "revealed" on a message board amounts to little more than hot air.
