I would not call it a housework fetish.... maybe obsessive compulsive. I HATE seeing dirty places... dirty dirty nasty dirtiness.... ick ick... Cleaning is my forte and while I do not get off on doing the housework, seeing the end result (ie order, shininess) and a happy Domme is wonderful. While doing it I tend to not think as much. It saves me from the thoughts in my own head. Heaven forbid when you step on my freshly mopped floor. Dominant or not you will not hear the end of it. I get vicious. [&:]

This post reminds me of a discussion I saw about "no-strings housework", and as I see here, many Dommes felt that it truly didn't exist. It seems that many subs would offer to clean house, but then want to add the condition of doing it naked, or dressed a certain way. That was part of their "fetish". While they enjoyed housework, part of the enjoyment came from how they looked while doing it, and it didn't seem to matter if the Domme wanted that or not. As far as my vote, I enjoy having my boy clean my house!

Yes, but that is not very controlling.... deciding what I get to wear... or what not to wear. Whatever my Lady wants, she will get. That is what presses my buttons so to speak. Although I do have a fascination with wearing a butlers outfit, as I have stated before. Mmmm...... Bowler Derby. Ms Starlett, as soon as I learn to clone myself. All of these ladies want to possess me now and my family needs me. Tisk tisk tisk.... a sad day indeed.[>:]

These threads have come up with some regularity here, and most of the feeback from Dommes is that there is some sort of trojan horse built into the service sub, aka, "no strings housework" is mostly a lure to get a relationship of some sort started. There, that's my wet blanket contribution.....

Well now that depends of what's your idea of doing house work, do you need the Domme standing over you barking orders and constantly directing you, do you expect to be sissified and made to prance around and LOOK like you're cleaning, or are you get in there get down to the knitty gritty and allow the Domme the free time to go do something else while you are keeping on the ball with out her looming over you. If you're the first type, then no. LadyJulieAnn, while a lot do have that attitude, I found a couple who were focused on being helpful, not on being naked or wearing specific clothes, or trading housecleaning for play. Like TFTB, I've also done NSA housework when a friend was injured or ill or feeling overwhelmed, but only when they were a friend who I already cared about. If someone invites me over for dinner, I think it's just good manners to help with the dishes or other cleanup afterward! One of the dominant men I met here came and helped me out NSA at an event, on our first date. It was just schlepping computer stuff and other heavy things around, though, not doing housework, but I really appreciated it. When I wrote a thread about it, a lot of the submissive guys felt like if they did something similar, I/whoever the lady was would be taking advantage of them or taking them for granted. The two dominant guys who posted seemed to feel it was perfectly reasonable, and a good way for him to make a positive first impression.

I had met someone from here that was no strings housework. she would be seriously...overjoyed if I had a sinkful of dishes. she would get so caught up in cleaning one thing I would have to stop her so she could make sure everything got done. I think shes close to having a housework fetish.
