Totally agree about Phantom of the Opera. Who doesn't love a dark, tortured soul? And if he looks like Gerard Butler, so much the better! Re: True Blood- I much prefer to think of Eric as a dom. He has such a commanding presence and he can be so cold and heartless and damn delicious.

I have a friend who says that he would be Bond out of all the fictional characters using pretty much the same arguments. Thomas Crown is a pretty good counter.
