Is it too late to have him arrested for molesting your daughters? Because he wouldn't be able to file for divorce in jail.

I would rent the house out for now and sell when the market improves. Hire a property manager to deal with the problems; plumbing etc. Money for the property manager and repairs to come out of the rent.

Dear Poosy,

I think you made the right decision as well.  Moving forward and making a choice to take a chance at a better life for yourself is a courageous and strong decision.  I hope that the next chapter in your life will be a very happy one, so that you can put this in the past, and look forward to all the open doors ahead of you.
