If Sarah Palin IS elected president, is she going to resign in the middle of a shitstorm because things arent going her way?

Your wrong,,,,,,the first was Obama, who by the way could not hold a candle to Sara Palin, lets see, besides raising a family she helped run a family business took on the big boys and beat them became Mayor then Govonor.......what has Obama done? hummmm lets see........he was a community organizer (which he was unsuccessful at untill he joined with the radical Rev.  Wright....read his book)  he was a part time professor teaching Acorn philosopy, he was a lawyer for less than a year, which he hated because he felt he  did not "fit in" and  where he helped represented  slum lords, who in turn,  helped him buy a house next door. oh  and he wrote 1, though his name is on 2,  books, read them both, they were not written by the same person, he defentely wrote the second book, it rambles like he does when he talks off prompter......he became a state senator for a year and a half, most of that time runnin for senator.....he was in the senate for a year and a half, most of that time running for president.... what do you think got him elected besides cleberity status? and what has he done since? hired a bunch of czars to run everything they can get their hands on and stay on the campain trail at town hall meeting that are stacked with supporters, did u really think that 11 year old girl was picked out of the crowd at random?  more coolaid anyone? .......hey as the saying goes......if he can do it, so might she.........and  least Sara Palin has some background experience!! And she loves America,,,,,,she believes in building America up not appologize for being part the greatest country on God's green earth!!

Sarah doesnt stand a chance in hell. even after being proved wrong about the "death panel" by her own damn party, she still wont take the strongly worded advice given to her and shut her yap about things she has no clue about.

now, anyone want a president who will quit when she faces the shit storm Obama is?

Does step 1 involve a lobotomy of every U.S. citizen of voting age? or some mass mind control experiment?

Thats where the flouride in the water comes in ;) after all some kind of mind control conspiracy is the only way anyone would ever vote her in the white house... look at her track record. I still find it amusing that anyone believes her sudden resignation as governor had nothing to do with a potential scandal. She already showed she abuses her power once...

Man, talk about drinking the Kool-Aid. You are bordering on delusional. Sarah is a big lie just like God.

Clear Channel Not Interested in Hiring Sarah Palin
Clear Channel Broadcasting fears she wouldn’t be able to "hold forth for three hours a day."

On Monday, Inside Radio reported that former governor Sarah Palin’s representatives “have been quietly testing the waters to see how much interest radio syndicators have for her.” While Palin isn’t committed to radio, she is reportedly open to it as “a possible next step.” But the interest in her might not be as great as some had speculated. According to Broadcasting & Cable, Clear Channel Broadcasting, the country’s biggest radio conglomerate, has already turned Palin down because of fears that she wouldn’t be able to “hold forth for three hours a day.”

Fans of Sarah Palin Now See Her as a 'Clownish, Vindictive Amateur'
When bloggers who *like* Sarah Palin start describing her as such it's a pretty bad sign for her career.

Reihan Salam, a prominent conservative blogger and Republican strategist, has defended Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R) quite a bit over the last several months. He's promoted her, made excuses for her shortcomings, and tried to convince any who'd listen that she's really not as awful as she might seem. Up until recently, Salam has argued valiantly that Palin is a credible national figure and a plausible presidential aspirant.

I find it hard to believe that any plan, regaurdless of the number of steps to it, would suceed in placing a woman who thought africa was a country into the white house.

Never underestimate the desperate desire of the republican voter to elect morons. After all, 9 years ago they elected a man who thought Africa was a country. You have to remember, most of the people who support Palin are themselves too stupid to understand that Africa is not a country, so they're not going to be scared off by Sarah's ignorance. Country, continent, what's the difference? It's just some place over... over there somewhere, full of strange looking people who want something from us. All the same in the eyes of the average Palinhead.

DarkSteven -> RE: 6 steps to get Sarah Palin to the White House (8/14/2009 10:38:05 PM)

WTF?

1. Does Palin WANT to be President?  When she resigned her governorship, I assumed that she did it to become a talking head.  But her actions since led me to believe that she quit with no idea what her next step was.  Um... people with no clue where they're going do not make good Presidential candidates.

2. Hey, Newt, you want MY advice on how to become President?  Start off by not screwing around on your wife.  Especially when she's in the hospital with cancer.

3. His ideas are stupid.  Write a book?  Yeah, Obama did it, but how many other Presidents did it before being elected?  Become a talking head?  Yeah, worked great for Pat Buchanan.  How many other commentators got elected?  His other suggestions likewise bear no semblance to what the election winners did.

I find it amazing that a former Presidentail candidate is capable of such silly advice.

It does make people laugh.

And while Fey's version was exaggerated (that's what comedians do you know) it was hardly far from Palin's exact quote, so let's not pretend Tina made the whole thing up.

EXCERPTS: Charlie Gibson Interviews Sarah Palin - ABC News

GIBSON: What insight into Russian actions, particularly in the last couple of weeks, does the proximity of the state give you?

PALIN: They're our next door neighbors and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska.

Now we're trying to stretch to defend her.

She gave a completely inane answer that had nothing to do with the question being asked.

Sanity -> RE: 6 steps to get Sarah Palin to the White House (8/15/2009 8:28:40 AM)

Gibson was asking her directly about the proximity of Alaska to Russia, so her response wasn't unusual in any way.

Here you go Sanity.

I'll save you the trouble of scrolling up.

Point out to me where you see Gibson asking her how close Alaska is to Russia.

Those on the 'left' seem to be obsessed with Sarah Palin. What are they so worried about ?
