Status: offline 		havent noticed that prohibition lately, given the number of guys who post pics of their dicks (most of which are NOT at all attractive.. I mean seriously.. how many people REALLY wanna see a guy wankin?)

Status: offline 		I had been gone for a while but, when I came back a few weeks ago, I noticed there are no restrictions now. Full close up nudity, closeup oral/vaginal intercourse and etc is now in the profiles.

Status: offline 		I think they stopped checking pictures completely. There is no waiting time anymore when you post a new profile picture. ( at least it shows emmediately in the online list of people)

One thing I learned the last week. NEver eat while watching profiles. Some nasty pics pass by and will make you loose appetite

What's funny is that men LIKE looking at pics of naked women, i.e., women who post pictures of their pussy.
To men, it's VERY attractive.
Lots and lots of men want to see a woman playing with herself (or, better yet, playing with another woman).

Point is ... it's quite NATURAL for men to post pics of their dicks and of them wanking off.

Coupled with the desire to show a picture that does not show their recognizable face, it seems, to men, perfectly natural to post a picture of their dicks. I mean, are they gonna post pics of their elbows?

Now, you'll see that I don't post a pic of my dick so, etiquette rules ... but really ... given the following, how could one expect men not to post pics of their dicks?

FACTS (as I see them - my personal opinion):
- Many men don't want their face picture in their public profile
- This is a sexually oriented web site (hence sexually oriented profile pics)
- Men LIKE seeing women post pics of their sexual body parts
- Men ENJOY seeing a woman playing with herself
-Men EXPECT (without reason) women to be more like they are

Hence ... men (not all ... just many) post pics of their dics and of them wanking off ...
It is what it is.

I totally agree with you on this: a man's dick is so banal as it reflects something ugly, vulgar (no class). To me it represents simply a dead end at trying to seduce or attract. Who wants to think of a dick only as a dick? Not interesting...But female pictures of their genitalias...well now we're talking: they represent the Center of Universe...that's much more powerful, sexy and infinitely charismatic..the stronger sex IS woman.

The ads comply with 18 U.S.C. §2257 the nude profile pictures don't.

The thing, for me, is that when I see a profile (male or female) that the only pic(s) offered are of the genitalia, all I can think is "Is this what you consider to be your BEST asset?  Seriously?"

Status: offline 		Models in ads all submit paperwork that states name and age. Prior to now with the new age sign in, individuals on the site were not promising to be of age. Federal law requirement.

Status: offline 		The profile nudity is mystifying when the user is not -as others have pointed out- model quality. And most of us are just regular folks and not model quality

The strangest thing I have seen (so far!) is the guy who posted as his avatar and the first pic on his profile a woman on her knees completely nude. It was an extreme closeup of her entire vaginal area as viewed from the back. It wasn't attractive, the woman was morbidly obese and it looked as though she had genital warts. Yes...this was his best shot at attracting a female partner - showing the hooha of the last woman he screwed and letting the potential female know he probably had a STD as well.
I swear this is true lol.

As TurboJugend noted not eating when perusing profiles on CM is a wise step to take now that anyone can post literally anything they want.

Its probably that CM does not want responsibility for nude pics from members, whereas advertisers must defend the pictures associated with their web sites and advertising.

In sum, its not the nudity itself, but responsibility and liability for the content presented.

Quite true. What the law basically means is that any nude image of a person posted on this kind of website requires paperwork that states (with actual physical proof...be it birth certificate, drivers license, etc..) the models actual age is indeed 18+. the 'age verifier' on this site doesn't even come close to satisfying that requirement. Incidently that law also states that the site is responsible for any content they themselves 'approve' of for posting. In this case peoples user pics. I find the pics they have somewhat disturbing on here considering there are indeed many full nude pics of people here. Thats not what concerns me, rather that since no actual age verification exists here, theres a strong possibility that many of the images are of underage people. Can you say 'felony distribution of child porn'? On a slightly related topic, the fact that so many people post pics that don't belong to them in fake accounts or whatever, could get this site in a major situation if the actual owner happens across said pics, or if they turn out to be underage. The fact that this site collects and sells said sites (incidently in violation of copyright law fyi, I checked) scares the hell out of me. I wouldn't want to be selling pics of people who's age I couldn't verify. Especially nude ones.

and to the OP....you're right, the full nude pics are in violation of their TOS...even says in the upload window 'no explicit genital nudity' and they approve them anyway....am I the only one that finds that a bit odd?
