Status: offline 		butter...and that's it...all other items are never there "always". I aim to have always yoghurts, milk, vegetables and juice in my fridge but in the last months my fridge tends to be quite...well...empty

Erm..let me think. The contents of my fridge changes around a lot. I can pretty well guarantee that the following are consistently a staple in my fridge.

Eurotium herbariorum
Penicillium commune
Penicillium expansum
Aspergillus niger
Chrysonilia sitophila

milk, Coke, eggs, some sort of cheese, and water.

I used to love beer but now it does weird things to my stomach..and I only keep one bottle of wine at a time in my fridge..I don't trust myself with more than that!

I never could get into soy milk but bought a carton of Almond Milk and really like it..so I do have one of those around in case I run out of milk.

Status: offline 		As an aside, I keep neither bottled water nor garlic in the refrigerator. I live in Indiana and drink water when I'm not drinking tea, so I have to have a good supply of bottled. I never run out. A good 90% of my recipes call for garlic; if I even came close to running out this would constitute a culinary emergency.

I know you needed to know that.
