ive been asked to write a list of what i want from enslavement.

my mind went blank to start with, it seemed such a selfish list to write - i suppose i have always been geared toward thinking more along the lines of what can i give.

people approaching this lifestyle as submissives or slaves have some idea that they want to be dominated, spanked, humiliated, whipped, tied up and so on, but ive certainly never sat down and written out a list of wants and even if i did, im not sure that i would list those things especially, well not now.

slightly more experienced than i was a few years ago i think my wants have changed and id quite like to share them and see if you guys can come up with some that youve discovered or feel that youd like to discover.

identifying our 'wants' helps us to identify what and who we are looking for and the type of relationship we think we would flourish in. so here goes mine:

1. i want my limitations to be stretched.
2. i want to be encouraged to expand fully into the person i think i can be
3. i want to feel that vulnerability thats only possible when you are safe to let go
4. i want to release all my barriers and grow beyond them
5. i want to be absolutely myself
6. i want to experience sub space
7. i want to be able to convert pain to pleasure
8. i want to be able to go to a club and not be scared of public play
9. i want to be accepting of whatever comes
10. i want to feel safe
11. i want to feel protected
12. i want to feel valued
13. i want to feel enjoyed
14. i want to look into His eyes and see my future

it took me a while to start the list off, i was really stuck on the word 'want', but once i got going it got easier.. lol. actually i could go on and on but i dont want to bore you anymore than i have to.

thank you for letting me share this with you, its helped me and i hope some of you will enjoy making youre own lists.

i like how you said this! because whenever someone asks me what i am looking for kink is not really something i think factor in at all anymore, in the beginning it was after time it was just things i wanted in a Dom and things i wanted to accomplish in my own life with or without a Dom and things i wanted to see happen within the relationship.

my list would be. i want:

to be a better person.
to always be helpful (this means to society too not just to a D/s situation)
to be strong
to feel beautiful
to be able to express myself without fear.
to always be honest and to receive only the truth in return
to be connected
to be treated fairly
to maintain obedience
to feel love and give love

thats a georgeous list

- i love everything in it.

oddly i started out fixated on Ds without any want or desire especially for anything remotely BDSMish - i gradually realised that i had to go with the BDSM if i was to get the Ds and now i like the BDSM (lots), but thats only because i love the Ms which gears me up for the BDSM. its all a bit convoluted i think for lots of us.

Ya know..I'm not sure I have any wants.

My enslavement is more a list of needs.

Needing to be dominated
Needing to be obedient
Needing to submit
Needing to be in a long term committed loving relationship

I guess if I had to list wants...
I want to be bound
I want to treated like an object at times
I want to be given consideration at times
I want to be tormented sometimes but also to be given sensuality at other times

There are probably others but that's some I thought of.
It feels weird to me to list wants.

Nice list lally. Many of the things on that list are the things I want to provide for Carol so I can sympathise with it.

You know you can shorted most of that list down to four words lally.... "someone I can trust" ..... Rather a prerequisit for what most folks are looking for.
