Hmm, I have to say this is a rather bizzare situation. Personally I think both of you have issues. Furthermore I would say theres more going on here than is being let on. If (and I do mean if - I am not saying I agree or disagree that what either claims actually happened) Teach did do as she says then he has some growing up to do. If what Teach says is true, then he got himself in a very bad situation that needs to be dealt with. If she in fact did steal this information as Teach claims then I would take legal action. Under the cicrumstances I would think that the exwife would have something to do with it as well - as why would this sub get that specific info and send it to his exwifes lawyers if she wasn't involved? While I wouldn't put it past someone to do something like that (hell i've seen people do far worse) I find the scenario highly unlikely. This is especially true that whatever this information Teach claims was stolen is - financial or otherwise, her lawyers, not she herself, could not make any use of it whatsoever as it was obtained illegally and would open them to prosecution and lawsuits for doing so.
In short, somethings a little off here...
