This I believe to be true. It depends on the offence as well as the individual themselves. While I hate to be ignored as well, it is the perfect punishment for backchatting or bossiness

I can see abit of myself in what you have said so far. I do get cropped on occasion, which I'm not overly found of but for me I find it an effective tool to help get my concentrate on what I'm meant to be doing.
