Status: offline 		My favorite movies of his where the Outsiders  and Ghost (my favorite with him in the lead role) 
Ghost will really take on a new meaning now watching it

His New TV show "The Beast"  was suppose to be some of his best work though I haven't seen it.

Status: offline 		Patrick was one of my favorite actors and I first saw him at a very young age in the initial airing of the "North and South" mini-series and was in thrall thereafter.  I watched every Patrick Swayze movie I could find and there are some good ones.  He's the first man I remember having actual sexual 'stirrings' over.  And, in his prime, he was beautiful: wonderful to look at as well as having that gorgeous Southern accent. 
That the suffering is over is a mercy. 
I hope that his wife is able to carry on.  They appeared to share an uncommon bond of love and friendship.

NOT amused...pffffffffhhhhht!!!!! 
I think I'd find Kanye and 'pop a cap in his ass' if he did that. 
This is Patrick we're taking about afterall. 
Patrick was one of the formative men in my young life: the first guy I got all pre-pubescent horny over.  And, Arnold Schwarzenegger (In the early part of Terminator) showed me how men are supposed to be hung.  Important!  :>

Status: offline 		My (adult) daughter called Me when he died.  She absolutely loved Dirty Dancing.  He was one of the few that she and I would both agree that he was hot.  I thought the same thing as she did when I was her age.  I'd watch anything he was in, just because he was so great to look at on the screen. 

It was from his interviews that I also saw that he was a good human being.  Maybe, that's what part of the appeal was all along.

Rest in peace and condolences for the family.
