Generally, I think crotch shots are tasteless.

Nudity can be done well--and there are a lot of avatars (of both sexes) on the Other Side that illustrate that--but a crotch shot isn't it.

I identify as straight (or heteroflexible, maybe) but I'm more likely to find female nudity appealing than male nudity, anyhow. I subscribe to the Seinfeld theory of aesthetics: the female form is beautiful; the male form is utilitarian, like a jeep.

No you are not old fashioned. I think it is cheesy and decidedly unattractive for a man to post pics of his genitals on his profile.  Is he saying  "Hey I'm a dick" or if a butt shot "Hey I'm an ass"????
It is a huge turn off for me.
I find naked pics ("crotch shots")  attention seeking behavior. Kinda like any attention is good attention.

See this is the things that aggravates me. i dont like going to my home page and getting smacked with the pole before I have had my coffee. I dont want the person to look at my profile and then be stuck on the page with his crotch on my page. Well at least you can delete it there. I wish CM had something to block the images you dont want on your page.
