You violated TOS, whether you meant to whisper or not, you tried to sell drugs in a room full of people.Moreover, more than the 30 pound remark came in the room instead of a whisper, or the moderator involved would not have know if you were talking about weed, or a big ass parakeet you were contemplating buying. Lastly, you were banned for a day. Please at least know your punishment before asking for help. Also be aware, the ban could have been a lot longer, the moderator apparently took into consideration that you were under the influence when placing the ban. Possibly to be safe, instead of trying to whisper something like that, get off site before you talk about it, makes all of out lives easier. edited to add: another thing to think about, if you had a mike maybe your mouth was running independently of your fingers.......just a thought.

If the DA was a real hardass they could possibly charge you with a felony as a sale with that much weight is not for personal use You knew it was a joke, maybe everyone in the chat room knew it was a joke, but the people who view these logs don't. They have to take what they read at face value. CM owners are not running this site out of the goodness of their heart, they are doing it to make money. They could have been easily shut down because of your comments. They could have kicked you off the whole board , but they didn't. I sympathize, but you have only yourself to blame
