I also posted a link about Fox winning the right to lie. Did you catch that? I didnt say they were the only one allowed to do so. Just seems, like with Rush, they were the only ones caught. Our past... for all of us.. tends to come back and haunt us from time to time. Rush was not a "no body" back then with no aspirations. He opened mouth... not he doesnt like the taste of his foot.

But you see, tazzy...this time it isn't FOX...it is Mark Sanchez and the rest who are backing off their "authentic" Rush quotes. Turns out their source for these quotes is another person...not a news interview conducted anywhere on T.V., on the radio, in print. None of these "authentic" Rush quotes can be found in the transcripts of his show. Of course, their apologies come out of the side of their mouth..."Well, maybe he didn't say exactly these things but we know he's said similar things". Well...if so, bring them out.

He was chiding the media for building up a black quarterback to a greater extent than he deserved simply because he was black and the media refused to see the same faults that they would crucify white quarterbacks for. Did he use the opportunity to snipe at the media's liberal causes for one class of perceived "victims" of society? Yes, he did. Was it the time or place? No, probably not. Does that make it racist or does that make him capable of making a stupid mistake while trying to follow his own principles?
