So much goes into what makes a particular slave 'great' in the eyes of any particular Master/Mistress-type. Living in mid-sized city a couple hours away from two different metro areas, it's not as though there are a proponderance of potential slaves looking for local owners; leastwise, not on the more prominant social networking sites such as this one. Of those slaves that are local, very few are compatible or 'great' on the array of traits beyond proximity. For those rare exceptional candidates, it would seem they have a multitude of potential owners from which to choose ... making the 'acquiring' side of the market very competitive.
I was fortunate. Though I had little luck in soliciting those I found, I was approached by one that has turned out to be a true treasure.
