I find it fascinating that American soldiers ought to be excused for raping fellow soldiers due to uncontrollable urges. Of my nearly 100 Israeli cousins, all of whom have done their army service except for two medical excuses, none of the women have had to deal with that and none of the men have committed such a crime. So why is it again that American soldiers can't control themselves but other soldiers can?
