It's not good for gravey, but I thought maybe you could flavor rice with it? As you can all tell by my other posts, I am on a use it as much as you can kick, and streach it as far as you can and hamburger grease is usually thrown away, but I want idea's on using it.

look up pemmican you can use it and roll it with nuts and berries and whatnot and that is fundamentally what pemmican is, for one example. Ron

I should think you could create your own personal line of suave products with it, I believe they are tallow based. Ron

OP, use it to flavor all sorts of foods, that's the best thing. As for pemmican... I actually know several folks that live off of it, soley. It's not really made with grease, but a combo of dried, lean meat, reduced to powder, and fat. Mix it, and let it dry.

Eerr...feed it to livestock. Imo it's the only thing grease is good for.

I pour the grease in a flexible plastic container and put it in the freezer till it freezes and pop it out into the trash can...There is enough fat in other things we eat every day!

rather than that otter, you could imbed it with seeds like sunflower and whatnot, and leave it out in the winter (I dont think you actually have one) for the birds and squirrels and wild animals

Not a big fan of beef renderings but growing up my mother saved pork renderings and used it for almost all her cooking fat needs.

FR, after read thru Yuck. Hamburger grease is a food hard-limit for me. It can be rendered into automotive fuel (biodiesel), but gallons of waste oil / grease are needed, so I doubt that's of much help to the OP . .. . .

If it was standard beef fat then you could make Dripping. But... hamburger? Not too sure... Should clog up some arteries pretty well incase you ever decide you want a heart bypass? And would be awesome to throw at someone whos annoying you...
