ORIGINAL: Nemesys Sanity, they're being taught in school today that the use of tyrannic force, mass murder, and political oppression is an exclusive tool of the right, both historically and today. They're being taught that the KKK consisted exclusively of Republicans. They'e being taught that only Republicans have led our country into war, directly or indirectly, and the reason always is to support big business and profits that make greedy businessmen even richer. They're being taught that we deserved to be attacked on 911. They're being taught that we went into Iraq solely because Bush's father didn't like Hussein, that we wanted profits for politicians' oil-rich pals, and because the Vice President made money on Haliburton. They're being taught that insulting President Bush was patriotic, and that questioning President Obama is racist. I hear these things from my students, and from my son in high school, but it's seeping in at all levels. Did you see what was on Sesame Street lately? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eO-1j9T90-8&feature=player_embedded What a way to honor 40 years of educational programming. Considering Obama has only been Prez for ten months means they really bloody revised everything from Bush's regime to Obamas tyranny in the summer vacation? That was damn fast and thorough, least of all a complete about face to what was being taught say this time ...last year????. Im calling bullshit on this. plus...the sesame skit was originally aired 2 years ago and included calling CNN Grouchy news network plus a whole whack of other stuff later on .... "Later in the episode, Anderson Cooper from 4th place CNN, guest stars as a reporter for GNN," notes the vexed Sesame-watcher. "He interacts with 'Walter Cranky' and 'Dan Rather-Not' — Muppets representing real-life liberal news personalities — and they talk about 'Meredith Beware-a' and 'Diane Spoiler.' But no affectionate nicknames for Fox News personalities; no Spill O’Reilly or Brittle Hume — nope, and the only disparaging characterization of real-world news is reserved for Fox: Fox is a POX. It is trashy. They didn’t even attempt to try 'MessyNBC.'" Breitbart is looking for anything that fills his paranoia Like so many lately it seems Lucy
