And actually I'm not upset, I've known that people who think like that are a part of this world for a long time, what I am doing is objecting to their hateful speech which any reasonable person should. If they were in my party saying things like that I would do the same thing...

Grow the fuck up. First you send me a frothmouthed e-mail calling me an ignorant sociopath, and now two months later you're still crying like a 2-year old and playing the victim. You honestly wonder why so few people here have any respect for you, and why when others get together offline and discuss the message boards you're the one we always laugh at? This is why.  Man up, put on your big boy pants, and stop your crying. Or, failing that, I urge you to pick a more appropriate username.

And please stop dragging your family into this and crying for our sympathy. You  consistently and repeatedly advocate social and political positions that cause or would cause harm to countless families of people who you couldn't care less about, so why would you expect us to care about yours or be moved by  your concern for them? "Every man for himself" is your motto, so live by it. If your family winds up getting fucked by the health care bill, I couldn't care less if that's the price the country as a whole has to pay to improve care for a greater number of people. If you and your family should somehow come out on the short end of the legislation, you'll just have to find a way to deal with it.

And when you heard people laughing (textually) you got your panties in a wad. Now, can you seriously say to anyone that, because of your political affiliation, you would be denied health care?

Actually I didn't bring it up, Lucy originally posted the link to that thread. And no, I don't wonder why people here don't respect me Panda, to the contrary I get enough positive feedback that my ego is doing great. What I said in that email wasn't meant to incite you it was meant to educate you, to help you to think about the vicious things that you tend to write here. What I wrote I meant, and I sent it in an email because it was meant to be a personal communication between us. If you insist on further embarrassing yourself by publishing its contents I suppose thats on you, as it doesn't bother me even the slightest.

The thrust of Pandas "joke" involved the government seizing control of the nations health care system and then denying treatment to anyone who disagreed with him politically.

And your strawman argument is utter nonsense. When have I ever said I wanted to deny health care to anyone? If thats the case then tazzzy has said the same thing when she wrote that she's not in favor of 'free' health care, that she's advocating affordable health care instead.

I'm all for affordable health care too, but because my politics differ from Panda he jokes about killing me.

Nor have i seen anyone else saying they would deny anyone health care. The insurance companies are doing that for us all, with the blessings of our government.

The reasons that health care is so unfordable for so many people does indeed have a lot to do with government meddling, but nationalizing industries isn't the answer to anything.

I guess maybe thats why Conservatives are working hard to take back the Republican party, and why this thread was started...

Status: offline 		How much longer do we allow this to continue? Honestly, its been a battle for over 10 years, and its getting worse and worse. Insurance companies are screwing us every way they can. People are afraid of losing what little coverage they have. Open enrollment time is here, and those employer policies are changing drastically.

How much longer do we allow them to screw us... hell, they dont even bother to lube anymore!
