I think she called it osteoarthritis, and now I am wondering what could that mean,  and I'll have a letter from her soon explaining what she found, cause they sent it on the first an it'll arrive by the 10th, I wonder if all this sitting down I do could cause it, or if my depo is causing it because I been on depo for four years or more.

All these questions ones mind ponders at 9 pm.

I do not think so, but any weigh loss will help your back and knees if you are having issues there

Weight loss can be tricky, as many know when you got a condition that makes it hurt to move and be active and stuff, but you have to then you're in more pain than ever before, but I'm not letting that keep me from being mobile, I walk just about everyday, and I visit a friend a lot and I do not use the elevator to get to her apartment I walk up the stairs and back down again, which don't sound like a lot, but it's a HUGE  improvement.
