I am pleased to say there was no backlash in the UK after the July 7th bombings. There were undoubtedly a few incidents but the figures on hate crime didnt rise. Most people understand an incident as tragic as yesterday and even 9/11 is only supported by a few, and not the majority.

An example of an instance I remember back in 02' in London...I never generalised. We know 22-25% of the world is muslim and is indeed the worlds fastest growing religion but its the small minority of muslims who stay true to desert Islam that are an obvious threat. They do not recognise european,asian or african muslims because they do not stem from the Prophets bloodline.Take the Balkan war in 98' for example,the Serbs commit genocide against muslims in Kosovo and very little concern or support was voiced from Middle-Eastern States.It's the desert Islam mentality that needs to change.Not it ever can nor will.Just look at Al-Qaeda they've a stranglehold of Afghanistan,they're stronger than ever.

I am not sure if anyone has posted this but its a list of i believe all who were lost in the Fort Hood shooting and some have a little bit written by each. There families, friends, loved ones etc are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope all who were wounded as well as their families, friends and loved ones find some peace and recover quickly.
