I suggest you reread Genisis.

For you see, the sons of Adam took unto wives, the daughters of men.

You will discover that god created man twice.

Of course, if you take the bible at as a time frame as some fundamentalist creationist do, you find that by counting generations, humanity is only about 4 to 6 thousand years old, which strangely enough equates to about the beginning of the bronze age.

However, since Genesis seems to be a rehash of the Epic of Gilgamesh, in which case, much was left out for in that version there were more than two originators of humanity, the flood of Noah, and indeed much of Genesis, and predates the bible by close to 3000 years.

In fact, one part was left out, the story of Lilith, Adams first wife, which appears in Jewish mythology, and in many Mesopotamian cultures as the first wife of the first man.

Which, considering the story of Lilith, and how she disobeyed God, disrespected Adam, and was cursed by god to become a demon, I would say you and she have way too much in common.

I admit our hell house really still finds ways to increase its awfulness...

I admit yesterday I opened an empty box as I wanted to put stuff inside and discovered....it wasnt empty [:'(] a large fat Spider sat inside on the lid of it [:(]

I admit thats just one of those examples where you keep reminding yourself "not behind or underneath every part in your house a big fat spider is hiding..." and then of course, you get proven wrong again...[&o]

I admit I placed that box outside on our terrace and burned it down...I guess that this creature didn't survive that!!!

I admit we already sealed our house a lot but so far still there just seem way too many in here...or still some unsealed spots left...

I admit it affected my mood so badly that even my coach realised it as it dragged me down on some other stuff as well, like questioning why bothering to continue with my fight against my weight and unfit-post-pregnancy-body...so I signed myself out of crossfit class yesterday...

I admit following that he left me a 5 and a half Minute voice message on WhatsApp and was as usual, pretty good in his talking[&:] so despite not wanting to bother to go to Crossfit I went there in the end and it was good....even when it showed me another new weakness to me, which wasnt there before my pregnancy...if I would have been on my own in that moment I would screamed the hell out of me out of frustration but with many other peeps around me, that was no option in my view...oh well....still some serious work to do on me...

I admit on the fun side we play Bingo at Crossfit next month [:D][:D][:D][:D][:D]

I admit that means we got a Bingo Card and you have to get 5 Chores together to get one entry into the winning pool...so the chores are:

some easy stuff like this:
write a Feedback about his box on fb then I have one chore done, others would be
wearing his Box-Shirt on a social gathering outside of Crossfit
bring Coach a healthy Snack (oh I will certainly use that one often...)
give your Coach a hug of 15 seconds (well...we used to hug a lot but I guess I am staying a bit clear of that one until the end of Bingo...after all the troubles we have had with each other this year...just feels a bit...odd right now...but on the last day of this Bingo...hell yeah!!!)
take part on at least 10 workouts in September
wear once an Outfit to crossfit in the style of "bad taste" or "old School" to the WOD
come 3 days in a row to crossfit
post a picture of yourself after crossfit on fb and link it...


some stuff which is ok to do but not always my favourite:
take part on a mobility/weightlifting class
use the air bike for 150kcal after the crossfit session to cool down
row 3000m before or after a Crossfit Course or row with a Partner 300 cal
do supercoach every day in September 3 minutes per leg
go for a walk/run around our sea twice, after crossfit


some more challenging stuff like that:
eat OR drink no sugar for a whole week
eat AND drink no sugar at all for five days
get done 30 double unders unbroken (so far I dont even get done 1 but heck I am aiming to finally get it done, too...)
achieve 2 new personal records in September


some Team stuff:
do a Team workout with someone you never did one with
post a Foto of you and 2 other members (no Family) at an activity outside of the box


some stuff I can't do at all (unfortunately):
take part on the Box-Games (as athlete or helping Hand), sadly, I am not available on that day at all...
bring 3 friends along to the box games (not members), not possible when I dont have time on that day...
do 50 burpees together with a Partner (synchronised), sadly with my current fitness it is impossible...as right now I am doing burpees like a 90 year old woman and you can't expect anyone to synchrone that with me...(one particular muscle in my back area is still too weak since the cesarean....as we figured out yesterday....and that causes that trouble, too..)
take part on a Hero WOD on a Saturday..

Oh yeah...I am looking forward to September [:)]

I admit I have been kinda out of it lately...combination of a depressed state and a nasty tooth ache.

I admit I got a root canal scheduled for next Wednesday to save this tooth (the nerve is trying to die).

I admit the antibiotics make me queasy (the pharmacist did warn me).

I admit that I had to break down and order a new computer for gaming purposes. Get it Monday and plug it in...no power. The manufacturer tech and I went over it and realize it is probably the power supply. Took it to my tech guy here in town and he should be getting back with me soon.

I admit I was also housesitting for my brother. He has a 44 inch monitor and new computer since his machine turned into a crispy critter back in June (house fire). Got blown away by the graphics hence me ordering the new system.

I admit I live in a house with one that loses the power of speech at the sight of a spider smaller than a number two pencil eraser.

I admit that I am looking at a fully articulated robot spider that is the size of a large dinner plate....

Lilith was a Sumerian goddess. She wasn't worshipped but placated. They believed SIDS was caused by her.

And no, we don't believe she was Adam's first wife. Once again a misunderstanding due to Christian scholars who couldn't read liturgical Hebrew or ancient Aramaic. They read poor Latin translations of poor Greek translations of poor Hebrew translations of ancient Aramaic which is considered almost impossibly to understand. My Rabbi's been studying it his whole life and he freely admits he's a neophyte with it.

Didnt mean to sound like I was insulting Judaism.

I have read texts attributed to Jewish scholars, as well as Christian, and she appears through out the Mesopotamian region, as well as the holy land.

I admit tomorrow we will get the car and tyre double checked at the garage, cause it seems I damaged it two days ago when I drove down a higher pathway from the parking space after Crossfit (that was never an issue with my previous cars) but there I heard something uncomfortable happening when driving down there...therefore better to get it double checked, that everything else is fine with it hopefully 🙊

I admit to a degree of ambivalence about spiders.
Yes, they're extraordinary and useful creatures, (anything that hasn't much changed in 350 million years is probably a bit of a design classic) but that doesn't mean I want to wake up with a harvestman that spreads out as long as my index finger without it (the spider) stretching any perched on my fucking face of a morning.
I have also noticed that letting the little bastards run alive has rarely had me living and/or thriving more than I would have anyway.

I admit we have always allowed a spider to winter in the house...IF he stays in his designated corner of the ceiling. If said spider decides to wander around he is no longer welcome.

I admit during my one and a half century of PTSD I had regularly nightmares of spiders😣😣😣

I admit that didn't really help to like them😥

I admit my UM starts to know what she wants🙈🙈🙈

I admit last night she refused to sleep in her bed once I came home and only gave in once she was allowed to sleep between us🙈🙈🙈

I admit I didn't expect that with 7,5 months😣😣😣
