ORIGINAL: CherokeeRose2 I think you would have a really hard time arguing in court that fucking a guy with a strap on isn't really sex and therefore can't be considered prostitution if you're paid to do so. Sex is ever so much more than insert penis into vagina. My female slave and I certainly have sex, and the only penis I have is of the strap on variety. I think trying to deny that strap on sex isn't really sex therefore you aren't prostituting yourself if your getting paid to do it is nonsense - if you're going to engage in sex acts for money, that's fine, but own it and don't play semantics games. I agree with the spirit of your words, especially your last paragraph. It is true however that the precise wording of prostitution laws varies greatly from state to state within the US. Some states define "sexual intercourse" in a very restrictive way. Other states outlaw all sale of "sexual services". Given the rise of massage parlors, escort services, commercial dominance services and other attempts to evade prostitution laws, the trend has been for the law to define prostitution in broad, general terms. Of course, what is legally permissible, what is morally acceptable, and what is emotionally acceptable to a particular person are three different things. The laws of a particular jurisdiction will determine the first. The other two questions are things we all have to decide for ourselves
