Well that is absolute hogwash. It is actually the other way around. No woman can cum without at least mental stimulation. Few is able to do it alone on that but requires mechanical stimulation as well. It is the same for men really. When a guy jacks off he is mechanically stimulating himself. MasterSlaveLA, its possible that its the sub speaking in breathasone, then it wouldn't really have anything to do with her training anyone else to do it. Perhaps her body just isn't responsive to it? I know that you are very adamant that O Control is possible, but I doubt it is for everyone - even if they are 100% willing.

Well... im one of those urban legends, i suppose. I cum on command. I can even squirt by command... but it takes a few orgasms to lead up to that point. No, i dont require stimulation anymore, initially, i did... and alot of denial. Bringing a woman to the edge, then denying them, repeatedly, can help initiate the experience. Im not speaking of a day, more like a week or two, the whole time keeping the teasing and torment to an exquisite level. It was a frustrating, maddening, almost painful experience.
