Good evening! I am pretty much a homebody and so is Daddy. And I don't celebrate much cause I am of the opinion that we should be nice and give things to people all year long-not just one day. FR- I admit that I haven't read the entire thread, but here's a thought, why should a gift for a slave be any different than a gift for any other person? You get them something that they will like, something they will enjoy, something they need, and if you can, something they would like and enjoy but would never get for themselves. A gift is something you give to someone, typically to show them you care about them, so whatever title they have means nothing when it comes to gift giving. Obviously you wouldn't get your girlfriend and your grandmother the same gift (although maybe some might, what do I know?), but thinking being a slave makes a difference to me just says they are clueless about the person they are buying for. PS. Ok, I may have already answered earlier, but in my post surgical percocet haze, I honestly don't remember. -FR- This year for Xmas I just want a small token of affection...diamond earrings will do :P No, seriously, we're getting married in mid-January so I'd rather not do much Xmas spending...I'll probably give him a proper dinner (I cook every night, but not cook cook) and I hope he gives me some other non-material token of his affection. And by affection I don't mean sexuality - it's totally amusing how many people seem to think some form of "good sex" is a proper Xmas gift. That just seems so wrong to me.
