Eigenaar's thread or the OP's? The thread I'm thinking of with Eigenaar, I don't believe was started by him, he tried to make a point and then some people who disagreed with him jumped on him, basically calling him stupid and attacking his language skills. I don't think Eigenaar is capable of being snarky. He's pretty earnest.

I was not only referring to my own experiences, this happens all the time. It is why a lot of users do not post in these threads and what keeps me from posting more than I do. I do not recall being more defensive-to-offensive in my responses than others. Finding users who actually read what one says resembles looking for a needle in a hay-stack, I am afraid. A lot of people think coming with statistics means one agrees with the outcome.
