According to TMZ, Woods' wife struck him when confronting him about an alleged affair, causing the facial and mouth wounds. He left, she pursued him with a golf club and hit at least his car with it, he wrecked under the influence of pain medication.

Toldja it was suspicious!

Schaudenfreude? you bet!

So, in this reverse-Rihanna: is Woods an innocent good guy who didn't cheat or retaliate, and is guilty only of being a dumbass and choosing a grasping jealous golddigger? Will she get community service and a record contract for domestic abuse? Or is he just another cheating slutty sportshound?

Pass the popcorn!

i could get in your face and piss you off more than i seem to in the forums Loki (and you can bet your ass i could do it). I would not be breaking the law. But...should you have the balls to raise a hand to me, the cops would be hauling what is left of you to jail. Words are one thing...fists are something else.

And, Woods certainly is in serious condition.  She may never kiss his balls again and he may have a problem getting his putter up. (Old Johnny Carson joke with Arnold Palmer after which Mrs. Palmer came very close to suing Carson.)

You see, men know things. One of the things we know is that if we get in someone's face in an aggressive manner, we expect violence to ensue. If I walked into a bar right now and went up to another guy in a threatening manner and put my face an inch from his own, I would expect a fight to ensue. Everything about my body language says to that guy that I'm looking for a fight and I am moments away from starting one. So, in that instance, that guy would be perfectly justified in punching me in the face, because my actions up to that point are nothing but threatening to him. He's simply defending himself.

Unfortunately women don't get that. Women will put their face inches from a man's, screaming their heads off and they just think we have to take it. Yet a man makes one innocuous, snide comment and he gets his face slapped by a woman. And no one bats an eye.

Equality my ass.

Women won't allow this. I've seen it countless times. The man tries to leave and the woman continues harrasing him and getting in his face because she KNOWS (or thinks) that he won't hit her. Women use that knowledge as though it were a weapon in their arsenal of tricks. "I know he can't hit me without getting arrested, so I'll get right in his face and scream and slap him and if he hits me back then he's an abuser who beats women."

I've seen it COUNTLESS times.

Again, take the Rhianna-Chris Brown altercation. By her own admission, she refused to stop and 'let it go.' We all know what happened next, right?

Unfortunately women don't get that.
and btw Loki...don't try this shit. I was out at night with my best friend and her 15 yr old daughter. The cars timing belt broke, it was sub zero outside, so we went into a nightclub to wait for a tow.
The bouncer made a crack to the 15 yr old, and her mother moseyed up to him, jammed her knee directly into his balls, and sweetly suggested he never, ever talk to her child in that manner again.

He could have reported her to the police, but he didn't. See...he was well over 6 feet tall. She is 5'1. Pride goeth before the balls.
