They should have just shot him and saved themselves the problem.  On the other hand the law says that police types should not beat confined prisoners.

Indeed that is absolutely, completely, totally and utterly insane.  Obama's impeachment should start immediately for allowing his Attorney General Eric Holder to even bring charges against those American heros.

I find it interesting that they will be arraigned on Dec 7, that's Pearl Harbor Day...a day which has lived in infamy.   


I can't tell whether you're joking or just don't have any clue what you're talking  about, but since when does the US Attorney General have jurisdiction in a case of military justice? These men are being tried by the Navy under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and the decision is entirely that of their commanding officers. The AG's office has no standing in this case.

*takes FOX story as given with no further evidence
*turns to Google News and finds nothing
*Lucy gives him half a dozen news links he couldn't find

I used to think he just got his jollies wanking people. Now I'm starting to think he really is that clueless.

But for the record, Before I commented I did look for other evidence and found it, just not in the major American media.

And I noted I just did a quick search

And even though the bylines on all lucys articles was later than the Fox story, CBS even creditied Fox, I acknowledged her post as correct with no snark at all.


But I understand you are upset that you lost your own challenge, heck you were afraid to adress my comments on the NPR story you put up.....So you snipe like a troll....kind of sad, but thats the reality of the day

Here's what they did to the Americans they captured.

Somehow a fat lip seems kind of minor by comparison. Even justified.

Saying "Others have done worse." is no defense. In a way it's worse than no defense. It's an admission that no defense is possible.

Thats one way to view it.

Another way to view it is "Others have done worse, and it is their ideology and expressed intent to continue their atrocities." That is the best defense possible.
