ORIGINAL: VirginPotty C'mon guys! This thread hit the ground running and now it's on the 2nd page? Thought you wanted to be accountable! I know GI said it's not really gonna start until early Jan. but you can still get started sooner rather than later. What has everyone been doing to feel better about themselves? Bunches and bunches. Now that I'm home, I'm back in the gym with my trainer. Yesterday sort of sucked -- it got so cold here my motorbike wouldn't start, so I ended up having to do some flaky workout on FitTV, but the rest of the week has been awesome -- really good weight-training and laps sessions, and a fair-to-little-better cardio session, though I know that's my weak spot (chemo-related cardio damage really shows up then), so realistically, even though comparing to others it sorta suck'ed, compared to my own condition back in August, it sucketh not. In addition, I'm nearly finished with the afghan I've been working on... just in time for my daughter's move to her new apartment on Monday, and I've survived the kitchen with a dozen new gluten-free and paleo recipes that simply rock. Today, I'm experimenting with three preparations for filet of sole. *bounce bounce bounce*
