I guess I've been doing extremely well although it's still hard for me to process. I'm not as diligent as you all with keeping track of everything I eat. I just know as long as I stay close to a certain calorie range I'm good. Breakfast for me is usually oatmeal (the extra fiber kind) or scrambled eggs, some fruit, and whole wheat (bagel, toast, english muffin). Or an omlet with spinach, ham, and feta cheese. I'm a grazer I'll graze throughout the rest of the day, fiber bars, cottage cheese, water all day, fruit, cheese, nuts that aren't peanuts, yogurt, and some kind of lean meat chicken etc.. sometimes I have leftovers sometimes not. I'm still very much a mood eater. Dinner because it's usually right after my workouts which are pretty high intensity I have a carb, a vegetable, and a meat. I have a really hard time finding snacks for me that aren't processed on, with, or around peanuts... so if you all have suggestions I'm totally open for that. I usually do a protein drink or a glass of milk before bed... only because I get really hungry late at night at that's a good way to curb those cravings and the trainer said that it would help keep my metabolism going. Anyways... I really wrote this to say that I've been dropping weight like crazy lately. In the past it's been mostly muscle building. I have incredible muscle I know I keep saying that, but both myself and my trainer are amazed at how fast and how much muscle my body has put on. My personal trainer who owns her own gym wants me to get certified as a personal trainer and especially in cardio kickboxing so I can come teach and train in her new upgraded gym.. well coming in June anyways. I'm seriously thinking about doing that and taking some nutrition classes so I can be the gym's nutritionist.
