Given the physical condition of most of the doms I have seen, as a group, we all need more exercise, so I see no problem with a little chasing.  After all, this IS the biggest loser thread.  Plus, you get to see all their jiggly parts a-bouncin'! [sm=shake.gif]

Okay, okay!!!  I lost 23 lbs since August & I need to lose about 80 or so more.  100 more would even be better.  Believe it or not, under all this fat is a small frame.  Even my Doctor tried to convince me I have big bones.  [8|]  But I have a memory & I know that I actually have small bones.  No effin way will I ever get back down to the recommended weight for my height & frame.

So what I've been doing is:  I cut out most of the fat in my diet.  I no longer eat dark chocolate before bed.  I no longer use salad dressings.  I no longer eat cheese.  I don't put mayo or anything else except for mustard on sammies.  I'm up to 2+ miles of walking most days.

Unfortunately, even with all these changes, I'm stuck.  I lost 3 lbs after I lost my job & have stalled there.  No weight loss for the last month.  I know that my sister prepares foods that are higher in fats & carbs & lower in protein than what I was eating before.  So that may be it.

Anyhoo....any room for me in this her group??

It would work better is we just put the sub in pony girl gear head harness, then ttached a lunge line and used one of the 20 foot lunge whips to keep them running in a lunge circle. (This keeps the Dom from getting tired and lets him help several subs in a day.)[sm=sm.gif]
Oh and there is always clipping them to the horse walker by head harness or breast clamp that can keep four of them going for hours.
Once they have built some mucle and stamina then place them on a cart.
A little feed control, lots of massages, and in three to six month you have a trim fit sub.
Any takers? I'll have my land soon.
