For some, myself included, the idea of a younger sub is appealing because in a long-term relationship the desire for a family may have a part in that search. A girl in her late 20s to very early 30s allows us to have time to get to know and enjoy each other's company before starting a family. I have few qualms about starting a family in my late 40s because it's something I want. (My own father was 49 when I was born and 51 when my sister came along) Everyone has a reason for the people they choose to be with. Age, looks, personality, kink, orientation, etc. are unique to each individual and each relationship.

To me age isnt that much of a factor, by late 20's the sub is mature enough to be a submissive woman. It takes maturity to establish the trust, and willful surrender of a submissive. So, for me.. its late 20's and up.

Sums it all up for me! The availability of young girls that want older men also plays a big factor in this. Personally, I've yet to meet a 40-something man that looks as good as someone my own age, but it's the other qualities that they possess which then turns me on. It takes a special older gentleman to entice me.
