I have never postet here before. But i found this  jounal entry... it made me crinch...and i am angry.

this is for all the ones that don't say what age limit the want
and when I write to the they LOL and call me a moran and saying do young gal would want an old fart as me

I am 66 years old and I AM ASLAVE...Yes...and proud of it at my age... How dare Young people on collar.me think they have the right to humiliate and insult someone because of age. I have experinced my self on this website rejection and humiliation because of my age ... Therefore i know how this man feels. His profile indicates that he was married for 28 years to his slave... For me it is a mark of a true MASTER..Obviously He has the wisdom and knowledge to maintain such a relationship. It takes more to keep a BDSM relationship glued together then kinky sex. How ever if you concidre BDSM as just another sexual diversion then you will be nothing more then a 'casual' or just a bit on the side for man exploring the club scenes, often married with 'heavy' obligations discarding 'subs' like 'used' tissues.

Be glad You are still young and pretty , be glad the world is still your oyster and pray You might be found worthy to serve a MASTER humbly and with pride for 28 years... if you will ever find one who is willing to take you under his wings, mentally, physically and financially. Each of you will reach the point this Master and i have reached and i arrived much faster at 'old age' then i ever thought possible... collar me has standard reply greetings... if someone is not to Your liking...use them ..But don't you dare to insult us

Hi kasiani
I'm 58 and am loving it. Being young..did that, done that..and has no appeal to me to do it again. Something nice about being a crone:)

Welcome to the boards!

uumm...ok...but at your age haven't you learned to just shrug your shoulders, ignore and move on without some kind of bitterness?

Just a thought

Is that even in English? You have to admit, there's a certain irony to someone bitching about being called a moron when they're too dumb to even spell the word.

kasiani-
This is a snippet from an upcoming journal post of mine:

There is a beauty to maturity. Instead of fixating on the energy of youth, there is something to be said for the wisdom that comes with years, the calmness and peace in not being surprised by every turn in the road, in knowing you have seen this before, and that too, and that no matter which way the road bends, it will turn out alright in the end.

There is a beauty to a woman who shares that understanding- not one who has read the words, but one who has shared that road, who can really grasp and understand what it means.

Having said that- I would gently suggest to this man that if he is chasing after girls young enough to mock him for his age, he probably is a "moran"

Although I have never dealt with any rejection on this site due to my age, I can imagine that you may have encountered some.  There are idiots who roam the internet just to insult others.

You end your message with these words, "if someone is not to Your liking...use them ..But don't you dare to insult us."  I find this ironic for someone who goes out of her way to insult a segment of the people here.  People who are looking for online only BDSM may not be YOUR cup of tea, but there was no need to insult them in your profile.  You could have just stated the you don't do online BDSM and left it at that.  However, you chose to add the insult.  So is that any different than some people insulting others about age?

Not only that peppermint, but if someone young sends her even a polite email, she won't answer it. Granted, there are some on here who sends ridiculous emails and earn the insult, but when anyone sends me a polite, respectful email, even if I have no interest at all, or feel we aren't a good match for whatever reason, I will respond with a polite "no thank you"

Sadly, at 66 it can be hard to find a partner. Hell, I'm 45 and seem to have "aged out" for a lot of men my own age. But the very nature of the internet is the ability to remain anonymous, and say things you might not in a face to face conversation. It would be nice if people could remember it cuts both ways.

Sorry, OP, but idiots abound in this life.  The Internet makes it convenient to meet people, including the idiots.

Life gets better when we focus on the people we wish to be with rather than the others.

i don't know that the OP was being insulting, but rather expressing how she feels about the activity. If people want to get all sensitive about how opinions are worded, than i guess thats up to them.

Here's what she said...
"i am not interested in online BDSM nor in online sexual activities... they are undignified and degrading for both parties."

There are a few kinks i feel that way about, and i don't apologize for it either. i have the right to feel something is undignified, and degrading if i want to, and so does she.

You get insulted for being too old? We get insulted for being too young. Everyone gets insulted for being fat, ugly, "unslavelike," unintelligent... the list goes on, and it's more often than not actually untrue. No one likes being insulted. But it happens.

I will thank you not to group all "young people" together, and by doing so insult most of us. We're not all like that, and not everyone who is tossing insults is young.

From one of those older folks, very well said!

Yes, we state are opinions. We state them by saying "I feel "X" is insulting and degrading." Not stating it as though it is a fact. Likewise with saying that people under a certain age had better not write to her because she will not answer. As though they have absolutely nothing of value to say. I am not interested in married men, have no desire to relocte, no interest in poly, to name but a few. However, when someone from any of those "group" sends me a polite, respectful email, I don't simply ignore them as though they are not worth my time. I politely respond that we are not suited to each other and that while I have no problem at all chatting and being friendly it will not go further than that. To simply disregard such a large group is insulting. Reality is that it WILL be difficult for her to find a partner because of her age. But this isn't because people are not contacting her, it is because she doesn't like the people who are.

I'm sorry, I just found her profile and her post a bit offputting. And I still haven't figured out what the quote actually was. I couldn't read it because the spelling/grammar was so bad.

Thank You for that... i set up my profile expressing explicitely what i like or don't like..and that's its purpose... if people do not like my profile, its simple... don't message me...it also states i do not want to receive messages from people that could be my sons or daughters and that i do not answer them. i wonder which part is so hard to understand...

I get told I'm too old, too fat, too stubborn, have too many standards, all the time.  I think in the case of the man the OP was using as an example, perhaps he should consider contacting those who older, who might appreciate an older gentleman.  Sadly, I'm starting to think I'm far too immature to date in my age range.

I carried the torch for someone else... it was not my quote...it was a quote i found when he messaged me...the quote is pittyful and just demonstrated the hurt inflicted by some younger folks on this website.  I hope that this message clears Your confusion.. if the shoe don't fit...do not wear it. Once again if my profile is NOT to Your liking do not message me... simple as that... Thank You for the general intrest but if for nothing else my post achieved what i wanted to achieve... to inspire thought about the subject...

That is the sort of fine tuned irony that is possibly not ... open... to all.
