Can you give me a link? because everything I have seen has said he knew that a balanced budget wasnt possible for along time, in 2007 and 2009, .... and that the deficit would be cut by 2013... you have anything else to offer besides your word?

I find it strange that theres no mention of Katrina, I think that deserves a mention as an expensive catastrophe doesnt it? In lives destroyed and homes lost most certainly, but we are just talking financially??  Maybe Obama should have cleared that up too before he gets down to the hard stuff.
