If that is all it takes to be a slave, I could do this pretty easily. No hardship, reallly. I've always had excellent attendance. If I say I'm going to be there, I almost alway follow through.
I'm a pretty quiet and reserved person in my day to day dealings. In fact, I'm often pressed to be more talkative, because I'm usually off in my own little world created by my words or painting. I'll often go days without saying much of anything to anyone, unless spoken to.
And, growing up as a daughter of an officer in the Air Force, doing as I'm told comes easy.
So, where was the disconnect between my doing what comes naturally for me, and sucking at being a collared slave and failing at what wasn't natural to me?
The forumla is basic, but it seems to miss out on the one simple thing that is missing in the equation.
How to be a slave.....well, it helps to actually BE a slave, with a slaves heart and mind and desire to be owned and property.
I don't know. I really don't. I don't really claim to have a solid grasp of what drives a slave - it just seems to me that you can do all three of the things described in the original post, and not ever really touch upon the heart and soul of what a slave is.
it is a metaphor as in "thats all except for the details"
